The NHCN is seeking members who support our mission. Members will be invited to participate in our quarterly conference calls and annual meeting. Our members have opportunities to connect and collaborate with other professionals in our field. By downloading and returning the NHCN Member Form, network members grant permission for their agency to be added to our member list on our website (www.hcvinprison.org), but are under no further obligation. Our member list will be used to demonstrate buy-in to the NHCN when seeking funding and otherwise will not be used without permission.
